I just gave an interview to a magazine about what it is to be a “Well Fucked Woman.” I’m not sure I told them what they wanted to hear, but here I go:
I love being a well fucked woman. And that has nothing to do with a man penetrating me with his cock, how big he is, size or shape. I know some people are hung up on ejaculation — not me. I don’t even care if I have a climax (orgasm).
Being a well fucked woman is about “this feeling” that my lover, his heart and his genitals are one. Being a well fucked woman means that I am penetrated by my lover in ways that show me that he is fully awake when he is with me. It’s not about tissue; it’s about presence.
People get so lost in this idea that fucking is about size, pounding and position. Go deeper. Fucking is about illuminating the soul. When a man is present, he can light up a woman like a fire in the darkest night. When a man learns how to bring that light to a woman, to the connection, intimacy and heat between them, it’s then that he can truly fuck.
For me, that is when he can travel into the places in my body where I desire to be held. He gains entry into my dark shadows and my lightest suns. That is where he can break all barriers and transport me to this place I call “Surrender.” It’s when I know that my lover can truly see me; that I can truly be fucked open. It’s not about how he swings his hips or how many dance moves he has. It’s about feeling me with his body. When his energy can feel my entire body and understand me — only then can I open to him. That is when the barn doors open. That’s when I become so lit up inside that I will reach for the moon and hand it to him. Being well fucked means that I am open to his presence, the love that he holds for himself, this feeling of awake-ness and purpose that drives him.
A man can only fuck really well when he is open to his own heart.
When all of these qualities are lit up in him, and he shares that with me, then, and only then, do I walk the streets as a well fucked woman. I love that.

Sex, drugs, and black magic? Tantra is infinitely more powerful than that. A tantric master reveals the truth about this complex and controversial path.
I was born and raised in the part of North India that has long been a stronghold of tantric practices. My birthplace, Amargarh, lies in a triangle formed by three of India’s holiest cities: Varanasi, Allahabad, and Ayodhya. Varanasi, the city of light, embodies the spiritual traditions of ancient India, including all forms of tantra: Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain tantras; left-hand tantra; right-hand tantra; forbidden tantra; and tantric practices of a purely yogic nature. Allahabad, the city of gods, experiences a big congregation of saints, yogis, and tantrics from every tradition every January and February, and an even larger congregation every 12 years during the Kumbha Mela. Ayodhya, the invincible city of Lord Rama, is the most mysterious of all, for thousands of saints and yogis, mostly practicing right-hand tantra, are hidden behind the walls of hundreds of monasteries and ashrams.
There was a monastery a little more than a mile from my childhood home that was a magnet for wandering sadhus, novice seekers, and adepts. The nearby palace had its own circle of tantrics, pandits, and astrologers. My father was one of them. Growing up in this land I saw pandits debating their views, astrologers making their predictions, and tantrics performing their magical rituals. I saw my father spend hours every day reciting scriptures, meditating on mantra, and worshipping the Divine Mother through rituals and fire offerings.
My own spiritual quest began in an extremely simple way. I was afraid of the ghosts I believed lived in dust devils, as was custom in my culture. Inspired by my mother, I started meditating on Hanuman by reciting 40 couplets dedicated to him to protect myself from these ghosts. But it was only when I heard an amazing story that I became intensely interested in spirituality and understood that tantric practice could help me discover the best in myself and in the world around me.
Mystic Tantric Rituals
The raja of Amargarh was fond of the number 24. He had 24 horses, 24 wrestlers, and 24 pandits. One of the pandits was an accomplished left-hand tantric who worshipped Divinity with alcohol and meat. In those days, palace politics were dominated by right-hand tantrics, who condemned using these articles in rituals. Under pressure from them, the raja demanded that the left-hand tantric clarify whether or not he was using these “impure” articles in his rituals. Instead of answering directly, the tantric said, “I do not indulge in liquor. I worship the Divine Mother in a manner prescribed in the scriptures.”
This statement annoyed the right-hand tantrics even more. They conspired with the raja to raid the temple at midnight, the time the tantric performed his rituals. They pounded on the door when the tantric was in the middle of his chakra puja, a practice forbidden to non-initiates. Not knowing what else to do, the tantric interrupted his practice and, before opening the door, prayed, “Oh Divine Mother, do whatever you wish.” The crowd stormed in, only to find a chalice filled with milk instead of wine. The tantric, saddened that the Divine Mother had to go out of her way to protect him, resigned from the raja’s court. Many other tantrics followed suit. Soon all kinds of calamities—disease, accidents, and death—began to befall the raja’s family. The royal elephants became deranged and portions of the palace collapsed.
To me everything about this incident—a ritual so potent and sacred it is forbidden to non-initiates, wine turning into milk, and a chain of calamities ensuing from the disruption of a tantric practice—was both fascinating and bewildering. When I asked my father what tantra is and who these tantrics were, he only said, “Tantra is the way to discover the infinite potential of your body, the power of your mind, and the beauty of your soul. Tantrics are the blessed children of the Divine Mother.” Although I was too young to understand the meaning of this answer, the incident at the palace temple was so compelling that it pulled me deeper into the world of tantra.
Tantric Saints and Charlatans
I began to actively seek out tantrics who practiced special techniques and possessed unique powers. Miracles held a particular fascination so I was thrilled when I met a tantric with an amazing metal bowl. When a theft occurred he would invoke his bowl. The bowl would come to life, rise in the air, float to the place where the stolen objects were hidden, and hover over that spot until the objects were exposed and the recovery acknowledged. I met another tantric who cured cobra bites. Yet another tantric would draw a mandala known as chakra vyuha, show it to a woman in labor, and within minutes the baby would be delivered. I met a sadhu who specialized in the tantric use of herbs. He would invoke the energy of prickly chaff, for example, and give it to a client whose house was infested with cobras. As soon as the client deposited the herb in his house, the cobras would slither out unharmed. A Sufi fakir specialized in the science of jantar (yantra/mandala). He cured nightmares, phobias, and infertility by tying the jantar to a patient’s arm.
Experiences with these and other tantrics convinced me tantra was as profound, useful, and rewarding as any other science known to man. But when I went to Allahabad and enrolled in the university, I witnessed events that made me wonder if tantra were merely a combination of trickery and superstition.
One of my professors at the University of Allahabad was deeply involved in the study and practice of tantra. He knew almost all the top tantrics of North India, and most of them respected him and sought his guidance. When he became ill, he attributed his sickness to an advanced tantric practice he had recently undertaken. Seeking a cure, he visited a local tantric, Dr. Kapoor, who gave him a miraculous medicine. Each time he took the medicine, he felt much better for a short time. Once the effect wore off, his symptoms returned, so the professor made frequent visits to Dr. Kapoor, who he regarded as his savior and guide. Three years passed. The professor’s wife became concerned because his symptoms were worsening. She asked me to find out if Dr. Kapoor was really a doctor and a tantric.
In time, I discovered that he had a medical degree, but that people were more attracted to him for his tantric powers than for his knowledge of medicine. He did not charge for his services but people were required to bring him one dose of paan (a special preparation of betel leaves, betel nuts, and tobacco), a packet of cigarettes, and a small amount of money (less than 50¢). Dr. Kapoor had a remedy for everything from physical ailments to psychosomatic illnesses to the problems that may have had their roots in the spiritual realm and previous karmas.
I paid a visit to Dr. Kapoor and found the reception room on the ground floor had such a powerful air of mysticism that a visitor would spontaneously slip into a trance. Dr. Kapoor’s consulting room was on the second floor. The stairway was lit only by a tiny oil lamp, which illumined three skulls on a small altar on the landing. The stairs themselves were dark, even in daytime. The consulting room was filled with the smoke of myrrh.
Dr. Kapoor sat on an elaborate altar. On either side were smaller altars, each with a flame and a picture of the goddess Kali. A group of followers and students sat before him in the dim light of these two ceremonial flames. The doctor greeted each newcomer by name and announced the problem that brought that person to him. When he made this proclamation, the audience cheered, “Jai ho! Jai ho!” (Hail! Hail!). By the time I entered his room, I suspected there was something wrong. By the time I left, I was convinced of it.
I investigated further and discovered that many of the “clients” congregating in the reception room on the ground floor were Dr. Kapoor’s agents. Their job was to quietly collect information about the personal life of the clients and pass it on to Dr. Kapoor before the clients went upstairs. Further, the incense smoke contained psychedelic substances, and the people sitting at his feet were drug-addicted courtiers whose job was to enhance the intoxicating atmosphere. Every medicine he gave contained opium, which is why my professor felt better after taking it and why the effects wore off so quickly. Shortly after my professor stopped consulting him—and after decades of successfully practicing “tantric healing”—Dr. Kapoor was arrested for dealing drugs.
I wanted to know the truth about tantra. Are tantric practices as profound, powerful, and fulfilling as they are believed to be? Are tantric practitioners really able to work miracles?
This incident forced me to examine the validity of my personal understanding and experiences of tantra. Now, in place of an unquestioning acceptance, I wanted to know the truth about tantra. Are tantric practices as profound, powerful, and fulfilling as they are believed to be? Are tantric practitioners really able to work miracles? Do the consumption of meat, alcohol, drugs, and the inclusion of sex constitute the practice of tantra?
The Truth About Tantra
On the bank of the holy Ganges I met a tantric whose popularity far exceeded that of Dr. Kapoor. Everyone knew this tantric was a cannibal. He lived near a cremation ground, and his disciples and followers provided him with human flesh roasted on the funeral pyre. He was always drunk. People criticized his way of life and yet marveled at his spiritual powers. Both his blessings and curses were believed to be infallible. I visited him for several months, risking my life by behaving in a way that would annoy him and draw his curses. I concluded that he was psychotic.
This and many similar experiences made me realize that drugs, deception, cheating, and sexual exploitation constituted a big part of what is called tantra. While I no longer had the same degree of enthusiasm to learn and practice tantra as I’d had before, I did not believe all tantric texts could be wrong or all tantric masters fake.

Penis enlargement is such a popular topic for spam emails and snake oil salesmen that it is a global joke. All these fools being parted from their money in pursuit of an impossible dream.
But what if it was actually possible to enlarge your penis?
The con artists are still con artists, and their spam emails are still spam, but there are ancient techniques from historical cultures that can actually produce measurable changes in penis size. They are little-known, mostly because they don’t involve anything that costs money, so it is not in anyone’s financial interest to promote them.
They also require effort on a regular basis for a decent period of time, so very few people who come to know of these techniques ever actually apply their knowledge and produce a visible result.
I have two male friends (that I know of) who have successfully used the technique described below to increase the length of their penis by at least an inch (2.4 cm).
When trying techniques such as these, it is important to go carefully — it is not a case of some is good; more is better. Ideally, find someone who understands the technique and can answer any questions you have during the process.
Penis enlargement as a spiritual practice
Some sannyasins of India used penis enlargement as a way to ensure they were not tempted by the pleasures of the flesh. They lengthened their penises to such an extent that all the internal structure was destroyed.
At the end of this process, the penis is a metre or more long, and cannot become erect at all. Some sannyasins would even loop it over their arm to stop it dragging on the ground.
This same knowledge was used by Tantrics to increase the size of their penis, if its natural size was too small to match the majority of women. They would, of course, stop well before there was any loss of function, because sexual energy is a key part of Tantric spiritual practice.
Penis enlargement as a mating display
In certain areas of Sudan, penis size was seen as a measure of masculinity. Fathers would teach their sons penis enlargement techniques as they approached puberty, so that they could have well-proportioned penises by the time their parents were negotiating marriage contracts, and the prospective in-laws demanded to see the equipment.
Boys would practice the technique for 30 minutes per day from puberty until their marriage, and every other day after that, to maintain the strength of their erections.
How genuine penis enlargement works
Erection size and firmness depend on the blood flow in the groin area. These techniques increase the circulation, and thus the amount of blood entering the penis as it becomes erect.
The penis also contains internal dividing tissues, which create pockets to retain the blood during erections. If these internal dividing tissues are attached to one another on one side, it will cause a bend in the shaft of the penis, and if they are attached on both sides, it will reduce the maximum size of the erection.
These techniques allow you to break the micro-connections between the internal tissues. Just remember that once you have broken a connection, there is no way to put it back. Proceed with caution!
Before starting Penis Enlargement
Make sure you really want to commit to at least a few months of a time-consuming and uncomfortable practice. Is your evaluation of your penis size realistic, or are you comparing yourself with porn stars?
Remember, the average woman won’t want your penis to be too big, because that can get uncomfortable for her. Guys with really big penises rarely get to enjoy full penetration and hard banging, because they have to hold back for their partner’s comfort.
Toning the pelvic floor
A well-toned pelvic floor (Pubococcygeus) muscle is directly connected to the control of ejaculation, the hardness of an erection, and the condition of the prostate. Regular contractions of the pelvic floor muscle will tone the muscle and make the erection rock-hard, leading to better blood circulation in the penis, better control over ejaculation, and a healthy prostate. It is possible to do the contractions at any time during the day, ideally up to 500 to 1000 contractions in each 24-hour period.
Warm up the area
Just as the body and muscle tissues need to warm up before other training exercises, so does the penis.
Begin with a flaccid penis. Take a good grip around the head, though not so hard as to cause pain. Make a powerful pull forward and up, and feel the stretch at the root and along the shaft. Make 10 pulls, each lasting 10 seconds. During half the pulls, rotate the penis 10 times in each direction. When the penis is well stretched, you may feel a partial erection.
After stretching, use a large washcloth soaked in hot water (approximately 40 C/104 F). Wrap the wet cloth around the penis and testicles for around two minutes. The cloth will feel hot against the skin, but try to withstand the heat. It will diminish quickly. Repeat the heating process five times, for a total of 10 minutes. The heat will increase blood circulation, which will dilate the blood vessels and make them more flexible. This will make the technique more effective.
An alternative way of heating up this area is through a hot bath or sauna. In a bathtub, make sure that there is just enough hot water (40 C/104 F) to cover the pelvic area. When the body has become accustomed to the heat, start to massage and stretch the penis. Pull it forward and rotate it both ways for about 10 to 15 minutes, while staying in the tub. Avoid staying in the tub too long to prevent dehydration and exhaustion.
Use the warming process before and after each training session. It will support faster and better results, and the training will leave fewer blue marks.
Basic training for penis enlargement
Cover the penis in lubricant and massage the penis softly to a partial erection. The best lubricants are Vaseline or baby oil, as they typically last longer than traditional lubricants. The Tantrics of India preferred ghee (clarified butter).
Create a good grip all the way around the root of the penis, squeezing the thumb and index finger so that the blood stays in the penis.
Maintain the squeeze around the penis with the thumb and index finger and slowly slide forward. The blood in the penis will be forced forward into the corpora cavernosa, the head of the penis.
While one hand slides up to the head of the penis, take a good grip around the root of the penis (like before) with the other hand. Let go of the hand that has reached the head, and continue the movement with the other hand. Repeatedly alternate hands, at a slow speed. Each milking movement should last around one to two seconds from the root to the tip.
In the beginning, you may see red spots or superficial blue marks on the head and neighboring area of the penis. This is quite normal, and will gradually diminish after the first week. Proceed more cautiously if you observe these marks. Remember, easy does it — more is not better!
Additional technique for increasing penis length
This technique stretches the tendon-like tissue in the middle of the penis, allowing it to get longer, over a period of several months. This exercise will increase the length but not the circumference of the penis. In order to achieve good results both in length and circumference, it is recommended to use both the milking method and the length-increaser.
Grip the top of the penis firmly with a full hand grip, and apply steady outward tension until you feel the stretch reaching the area around the base of the shaft. Hold for two minutes, then relax. If you feel pain, release the grip immediately. It is important to stretch slowly and gently, to avoid injury.
Repeat five to eight times in each training session.
Always start and finish with the recommended warming exercises.
During the first week, perform 300 milking movements and at least 100 PC squeezes per day. This will help increase the blood circulation and build up strength in the penis.
Each day in the second week, perform 10 minutes of continuous milking, followed by 200 PC squeezes. Do not let go unless there is pain, which is unlikely.
In the third week, increase to 30 minutes of milking and 300 PC squeezes daily.
Continue this program for another five weeks.
Finish the two-month starter program before trying more advanced exercises. Most men will not be able to do the advanced practice until they have mastered the initial exercises.
Perform the warm-up exercises with soft stretching and the hot compress for around five minutes. Continue massaging the penis to semi-erection while doing 100 PC squeezes. Apply oil, and perform around 100 gentle jelqs, then continue doing 500 slower and more powerful jelqs. Finish with another 200 gentle jelqs at an even speed. Apply another hot compress for around five minutes, and finish with 200 intensive PC squeezes.
After this, massage the penis to full erection and squeeze the PC muscles to force even more blood into the penis. Continue doing the PC squeezes until the erection diminishes. Again massage to a full erection and continue doing the PC squeezes until the muscles are completely exhausted. Stop if the urge to ejaculate becomes too intense.
This program will take around 40 minutes per day. After doing it daily for a few months, there will be a noticeable difference in size and performance.
Remember, this program requires dedication. It takes months of daily training and perseverance to see results. Consistency is mandatory; one cannot pause in the middle of the program. After about six weeks of daily training, it will become a habit to do it every day, but until then, you will need to exert willpower.
